  • Minimum of 2 years customer service / customer facing or call center experience.
  • C1 or above English proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • In-depth experience with scenario-based problem solving, issue resolution, and customer de escalation.
  • Flexibility to work within US time zones (EST / CST / PST / MST) as well as on Philippine holidays
  • Open to CRM / workflow training

Virtual Executive Assistants

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service / call center or virtual assistant experience.
  • C1 or above English proficiency
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite
  • Flexibility to work within US time zones (EST/ CST / PST / MST) as well as on Philippine holidays
  • Open to CRM / workflow training

Content / Media Editor

  • Minimum of 2 years experience editing photos / videos with available content portfolio
  • If preferred, a graduate of any related 2-year or 4-year course.
  • In-depth experience with related editing apps and tools (Photoshop, Lightroom)
  • Familiarity with client’s industry and clientele
  • Open to CRM / workflow training
